BASEMENT APARTMENT WITH PRIVATE GARDEN (4 sleeps)

 

La proprietà (in totale 10 posti letto) è composta da due appartamenti, disponibili tutto l'anno: l'appartamento al piano terra (6 posti letto) con un ulteriore luminoso appartamento al piano inferiore con giardino privato (4 posti letto), garantendo una vacanza perfetta a due famiglie o a tre coppie o a un gruppo di amici.

Essendo uno accanto all’altro, gli appartamenti possono essere affittati separatamente.

Ogni appartamento è stato arredato con gusto e dotato, ad alto livello, di tutto ciò che è necessario per cucinare da soli.

 

 

Appartamento al piano seminterrato con giardino (4 posti letto)

 

Si accede all'appartamento dalla strada scendendo le scale che portano alla sala da pranzo con cucina.

Dalla sala da pranzo si accede al giardino confortevolmente arredato con tavolo, sedie, ombrellone e per divertirsi una seconda doccia con acqua calda/fredda.

C'è una camera con un letto matrimoniale in mezzo e due letti singoli ai lati illuminata dalla finestra che si affaccia sul giardino.

C'è un bagno con doccia, wc, bidet, lavabo e asciugacapelli.

 

Ogni singola fornitura di asciugamani bianchi e biancheria da letto costa 15 euro a persona.

L’appartamento è professionalmente e accuratamente pulito prima del vostro arrivo.

Un piccolo cane ben educato è benvenuto con 60,00 euro di extra per la pulizia supplementare.

aria condizionata in ogni stanza, cassetta di sicurezza, TV LED 32 ", lavatrice, asciugacapelli, ferro da stiro, forno a microonde, frigorifero con congelatore, piano cottura a gas, forno elettrico, tostapane, caffettiera, tutte le pentole, posate, stoviglie ed utensili per cucinare da soli.

 

Vi consiglio di prenotare la mia struttura, perché si trova in una posizione ideale per esplorare tutto il Salento.

Apartment in the basement with garden (sleeps 4)

It is entered through its own private gate from the street.

Private entrance hall leading to the dining room and kitchen equipped for self catering.

From the dining room leads to the comfortable garden furnished with table, umbrella, chairs and to enjoy yourself a second shower with cold/worm water.

There is a bedroom with a double bed in the middle and two single beds on the sides.

The window of the bedroom overlooks the garden.

There is a bathroom with a shower, toilet, bidet, basin and hair dryer.

 

Each supply of white towels and linen bed costs 15,00 EUR per person.

The apartments are professionally and thoroughly cleaned before your arrival.

One small and well behaved dog is welcomed with euro 60,00 charge to cover additional cleaning.

I am also happy to take longer terms bookings and can offer special rates for these if you contact me.

Air conditioning in every room, safety box, Satellite led tv 32",  washer, hair dryer, iron, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, gas hob, electrician oven, toaster, cafetierre, all cutlery crockery, cooking pots and utensils for serf catering.
