Questa tranquilla, affascinante ed indipendente proprietà si trova nella campagna dello splendido Salento ed è situata in posizione ideale per esplorare, anche, le belle coste da Gallipoli a Santa Maria di Leuca a Otranto. Lecce, la città barocca, è facilmente raggiungibile a soli 40 min. di auto. Vi consiglio vivamente di visitare questa bellissima ed incantevole città, con il magnifico centro storico in cui sono situati: la cattedrale, il duomo, l'anfiteatro romano, le chiese e molte vecchie strade strette caratterizzate da numerosi negozi, pub, ristoranti, laboratori artigianali e teatri. Per una giornata alternativa o una serata fuori, Gallipoli è a 15 min.di macchina con i suoi bar, ristoranti, pizzerie, negozi e viali sul mare.
Matino e Parabita sono solo a 3 min. di macchina. In queste due città si possono trovare supermercati, negozi e ristoranti, bar e gelaterie.
Raccomando vivamente di assaggiare la cucina mediterranea, conosciuta in tutto il mondo. In particolare: pucce, frise, rustici, pasta casareccia, gelati e pasticciotti.
Gli ospiti sono liberi di utilizzare 2.500 mq. di giardino recintato pieno di alberi da frutto, erbe aromatiche, fiori e un’area gioco ideale per far sfogare i bambini.
La casa è stata recentemente ristrutturata.
Si tratta di una accogliente e confortevole abitazione, a piano terra, adatta a famiglie con neonati e bambini. E’ adatta, inoltre, ad ospitare due famiglie o due coppie oppure un gruppo di amici.
Quando ti svegli al mattino, cosa c'è di meglio per iniziare la giornata facendo colazione sulla terrazza di fronte a guardare gli uccelli che volteggiano nel cielo.
C'è un soggiorno con TV e due camere con letto matrimoniale e un letto a castello. Una camera da letto ha un bagno privato con doccia, wc, bidet, lavabo e asciugacapelli. La seconda ha un bagno adiacente con doccia, bidet, wc, lavandino e un asciugacapelli.
Sul retro c'è una piccola cucina e, per mangiare all'aperto, c'è il secondo patio con tavolo e sedie. Per godere della splendida campagna vi è un barbecue con accanto un altro grande tavolo in pietra con piano in marmo.
Ogni singola fornitura di asciugamani bianchi e biancheria da letto costa 15 euro a persona.
L'appartamento è professionalmente e accuratamente pulito prima del vostro arrivo.
Cani ben educati sono benvenuti con 60,00 euro di extra per coprire la pulizia supplementare.
Servizi:
TV, lavatrice, ferro da stiro, forno a microonde, frigorifero con congelatore, piano cottura a gas, forno elettrico, caffettiera, pentole, piatti, bicchieri e posate per cucinare da soli.
Inclusi nel prezzo di affitto vengono forniti i prodotti per la pulizia della casa, shampo, bagnoschiuma e cartaigenica.

This peaceful, charming and detached property is set in the stunning countryside of Salento and it is ideally situated to explore also the beautiful coasts from Gallipoli to Santa Maria of Leuca to Otranto. Lecce, the baroque city, is easily reached city, only 40 min. drive away. I strongly recommend to visit this city with its charming historic centre where there are the cathedral, the duomo, the Roman amphitheatre, churches and many narrow old streets characterized by numerous shops, pubs, restaurants handicraft workshops and theatre. For an alternative day or evening out, Gallipoli is 15 min. drive away with its bar, pubs, restaurants, pizzerie, shops and walks on the promenade Galilei avenue.
Matino and Parabita are only 3 min. drive away. In these two good-sized towns you can find major supermarkets, shops and restaurants and bar.
I strongly recommend also to taste the Mediterranean cousine known all over the world. In particolar: pucce, frise, rustici, homemade pasta,ice cream and pasticciotti.
Guests are free to use 2.500 mq. of enclosed garden full of fruit tree, herbs and flowers, with a play area which is ideal for children to let off steam. The house has been recently renovated. It is a comfortable cosy ground floor accommodation suitable for families with infants and toddlers. It can be suitable for two families or two couples or a group of friends.
When you awake in the morning, what better to start the day than having breakfast on the front patio watching birds wheeling across the sky.
There is a living room with a Tv and two bedrooms each with double bed and a bunk bed. One bedroom has en-suite shower room, toilet, bidet, basin and hair dryer. The second one has an adjacent bathroom with shower, bidet, toilet, basin and a hair dryer.
At the back there is a small kitchen and, for outdoor dining, there is the second patio with table and chairs. To enjoy the wonderful countryside there is a barbecue with next to it another big stone table with marble top.
Each supply of white towels and linen bed costs 15,00 EUR per person.
The apartment is professionally and thoroughly cleaned before your arrival.
Well behaved dogs are welcomed with euro 60,00 charge to cover additional cleaning.
